Refurbishment of an old residence at Porto Heli -GR

An abandoned holiday house is reconstructed with modern specifications and a new aesthetic to meet the needs of a large family. The house is located on a large plot on the beach of Petrothalassa at Ermioni. The main element of the design is the creation of a new swimming pool around an outdoor seating area with fireplace and sea views. The outdoor spaces are reorganised around the large pool and in direct relation to the house.
Inside the house, all of the common areas have been unified and redesigned. The kitchen has been redesigned to be open to the living room. There are two islands around which the life of the house will take place. The new openings are larger to unify the indoor and outdoor spaces.
