Summer Residence at Ververonta, Porto Heli -GR
Architect: Panos Dragonas
Associate: Margarita Togia
Structural Engineer: Konstantinos Tzimas

Set against the topography of Porto Heli, this vacation house follows the slope in a calm, horizontal movement that frames the horizon.
Its architecture unfolds in a linear sequence, echoing the land’s natural inclination. Movements through the house are fluid and cinematic: a slow journey from the entrance, through the living spaces, and out towards the infinite line of the pool.

Life here gravitates outdoors on terraces that merge with the landscape. The interiors dissolve into the open air, creating a seamless stage for summer living.
At the heart of the house, the double-height dining room becomes the main scene. Around it, a linear staircase spirals upward, leading to the master bedroom — a vertical transition that feels like a deliberate zoom into the architecture’s own narrative.
